Volatile Corrosion Inhibiting (VCI) Paper is a special economical and environment protective VCI packing material which is processed on the basis of VCI fluid and all-wood-pulp neutral kraft paper, used for package, transport and storage of iron or nonferous metal.

DESICCANT SILICA GEL

Silica Gel is a porous form of silica made from sodium silicate and a mineral acid. The internal structure of Silica Gel is made up of interconnected microscopic pores which attract and hold water by physical adsorption and capillary condensation, allowing it to adsorb up to 35% of its weight of water.
 
 
Characteristics：
Silica gel for packing has many different packing sizes. It can be conveniently put into the packing of various articles (for examples, instruments and gauges, electronical products, leathers, shoes, foodstuffs, medicines and household electric appliances, etc) in order to keep the articles from damp, mildew or rust corrosion.
Package Size：0.5g, 1.0g, 1.5g, 2.0g, 3.0g, 5.0g, 8.0g, 10.0g, 15g, 20g, 30g, 50g, 100g, 200g, 300g, 500g, 1000g, 2000g.

- PRODUCT INTRODUCTION:
VCI Master-bath, the fundamental raw meterial for producing the corrosion inhibiting products such as VCI Film, VCI Bag, VCI Stretch Film....is low density polyethylene master-batch processed on the basic of mixture and concentration of LDPE, LLDPE and VCI materials. VCI Master-batch has a high requirement on the melting point of raw materials and machine extrusion temperature. Please contact with us before application

It is currently being used for production of VCI Polyethylene Bags, Shrouds, Tubing Film, Ufilm and Sheeting Films. It can also be used in the production of VCI Blown Stretch Film, VCI Corrugated plastic containers, VCI molded pants and Foam and VCI Bubble Wrap.

- APPLICATION METHOD AND ATTENTIONS :
1. Add VCI master-batch into the platic resin by proportion and mix evenly
2. Add color master-batch as the customers' requirements
3. Storage: Pay attention to closed packing at any moment, prevent from moisture and sunshine
4. Packaging: 20 kg/bag aluminium - plastic composite bags
